B: Egg McMuffin without one half of the muffin
S: Ate bfast late so no snack
L: Homemade chilli with reduced fat cheddar and sour cream
S: 1 slice of lite WW toast with PB on it
D: Chicken caprese over a bed of romaine and lite balsamic vinegrette
Walking with my friend tonight...so happy to do this...but dreading how incredibly hot I will feel...It's super humid here today!

Doing: eventually getting my butt either on the treadmill or walk/jog around the lake. And not much else - whew! It's so nice to actually have a day off!

S- lettuce wrap with turkey,cheese & hard salami, fage 0% plain
L - spinach & chevre crustless quiche, Sweet Freedom snack bar
S- kamut cake with LC wedge
D- baked chicken thigh, Mediterranean veggie mix.... and maybe some more Fage....
