 Hoping this week is better than last...

Foodie today:
B:  Protein Shake
L:  Chili
AS:  Saltines (2) and vergeer chedder serving
D:  spinach salad with taco meat, have to use up the spinach before it goes bad
ES:  cottage cheese with saskatoon berries

Exercise, - bike to the lake, walk around the lake, bike home.

Welp, change of plans! I went out to lunch with a few co-workers at the last minute and we went to the Thai place. I had papaya salad and 2 steamed crab/pork dumplings for lunch. The rest is all wrapped up for lunch tomorrow. It was very good, but that papaya salad was fiery!

 Today is blah!

I have eaten but really not given a crap about much.  Fortunately I have resumed planning my meals so I am making healthy options.  I'm fairly certain Nik will take it easy on me today.

I have read what's going on with babygirl. This is the ONLY reason you get a pass. Go give her a kiss for that as soon as you get home cuz she truly saved your butt.

 This is also true. Plus you ate corn and didn't have a carb freakout.

 corn I have always considered to be a push when it comes to carbs.  It comes out in pretty much the same condition it goes in   So I rarely freakout about it.

Now other night I shared a Yummy baked sweet potato with my baby girl and we loved every bite.  I also now have to share my Granola bars, Yogurt, Craisins, Oatmeal, Creamo of wheat, Protein Shakes, and waffles.

I have listened to my Exercise Physiologist and Nut and have started to get my numbers in line.

  Kids are home and wild today...trying to pack for upcoming camping, but it's hot and crazy here. So I'm not getting much done and spending too much time online. No workout today has me flustered too.  

 B- oatmeal topped apple chunks 

 L- hamburger with mushrooms leftover from yesterday

 D- curry chicken and rice green beans

 S- almonds and coffee
