D: spinach salad with taco meat, have to use up the spinach before it goes bad
ES: cottage cheese with saskatoon berries

I have eaten but really not given a crap about much. Fortunately I have resumed planning my meals so I am making healthy options. I'm fairly certain Nik will take it easy on me today.

I think I am doing rather well considering 3 years ago I would have dived deep into several gallons of ice cream and toppings!

Now other night I shared a Yummy baked sweet potato with my baby girl and we loved every bite. I also now have to share my Granola bars, Yogurt, Craisins, Oatmeal, Creamo of wheat, Protein Shakes, and waffles.
I have listened to my Exercise Physiologist and Nut and have started to get my numbers in line.
