Hmmm...Monday's are meeting madness at work so I have try to plan ahead
B: Click Frappe (I omit the Splenda since I don't have much of a sweet tooth)
S: 1/2 quest bar
L: Taco Casserole (which I tweaked a little to my liking ;-)
S: other half of quest bar (if I'm still hungry)
D: Not sure...maybe small salad and a little more of the taco casserole (I can live on that stuff!)
S: Cucumbers freshly picked from my nephews garden!
....and tons of water

L: shrimp, watermelon, swiss cheeese, whole wheat crakers
D: I made lunch/brunch for my visiting family. I'll eat a reduced portion (naturally) and stick to the healtier items (black-eyed pea salad, shrimp, watermelon)

Since Monday's are days off for me, I got up and did a Zumba class and a power vinyasa class. I'm whooped! But I'm sitting here in my maxi-dress (who'd a thunk that, eh?) just waiting for family to arrive)
Must go practic piano and finish up the trimmings on the late lunch.

Just wanted to say that every time you mention piano practice I get a twinge in my fingers...I tried for years and years to play and finally admitted I have no talent. I still love playing, though. I'm old and slow and clumsy-fingered but you make me want to take lessons.
