Here's my plan, subject to change as always! 

Breakfast - Fage 0% with lemon pudding powder
Snack - almonds
Lunch - leftover meatloaf and lentils with spinach
Snack - cottage cheese & cherries
Dinner - grilled chicken thigh, roasted sweet potatoes
Snac**** cream?

Yay it's Friday! Excited because I Fedexed all of my paperwork off to social security to get my official name change.

Food today is pretty much the usual.
Breakfast: Black coffee with a little bit of chicory in it.
Lunch: Stracciatella
Snack: Strawberry yogurt
Dinner: A mystery! Mac and cheese sounds good (pasta for my husband and a mix of 1/2 pasta 1/2 broccoli for me).
Snack: Some yogurt or another bowl of soup.

Looking forward to a relaxing weekend and a three day work week coming up before we go to Pittsburgh to party.

It's a hot one here in the Northeast today. Just got back from a week in the deep South and the temps are the same here as they were there (with almost the say humidity!). The only real difference is that it does cool down here at night (somewhat!).

B: hard boiled eggs/turkey sausage/peanuts
L: lo-carb totilla/egg wrap/edamame
S: greek yogurt/NSA peaches
S: protein bar or cheese stix/pepperoni
D: not a clue...guess it's grocery store time

Debating whether to go work out at the gym at lunch (no AC) or go do a yoga class at the Art Museum. I ran 5K yesterday, could stand to do a less intense workout, but IDK I'm feeling the need to sweat. OH I lost a pound on vacation! Guess the change did my body good!
