Doing: Not much I don't think. I have a little cold so I am going to take it easy, drink lots of fluids, etc.

Eating:

1. Spoonful of fresh-ground honey roasted PB
2. Click Frapp in a moment
3. Noodle-less Lasagna
4. Hot Click later if I feel like I need it
5. Fish tacos with homemade guac and spicy mango salsa (also homemade)
6. I think I'm going to make a trifle or something. I have some milk to use up so I can go get more from the farmers market tomorrow.

What's up with you guys?

Nik - Can I come eat at your house?

It's hot, I'm lazy.... AND, I'm supposed to be increasing my protein.  Doing a very poor job so far.

Today's Eats:

B - power crunch bar
L - bbq tofu, fruit
Nothing else planned.  I hate summer cooking.  In the good old days, I just made a pasta salad and ate it for a week.  Sigh.  I don't wanna have protein.

Exercise:

I do good here.... gotta get my miles in.  Booked my hotel for the Princess 1/2 in February!

Power Crunch are the only protein bars I eat.  One for breakfast daily - sometimes another for a snack.  I only eat the PB Creme.  I need to find a way to get paid for my daily post!  :-)

Considering the size of my bowl of salsa, please do!

I had tomatoes that were about to go to glory including a GORGEOUS heirloom. I used about half of them in that salsa and will be eating salsa inspired dishes at least for the next five days. I was going to put it on my eggs but eggs + mango don't go together for me so...yeah.

7 weeks out and I'm debating every morsel I'm putting in my mouth. My pouch hurts from 11+ hours of no food...so I need to eat something asap.  I want a 5 Guys cheeseburger, but I'll probably have:

1. Some Greek yogurt in a few minutes
2. A salad from a local hot bar.
3. Protein bar before or after workout.

Does anyone have those around their city? You know...you can go and get hot and cold foods...weigh them and pay by the pound?

 Water water water.

B - Fage, cherries, splenda
s - green tea with splenda.  Oops, wait not green today.  Black decaf.  Grabbed wrong bag.
L - Chick-Fil-A!  Grilled nuggets, fruit cup and a diet lemonade to go.  More below.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water.
D - hmmm, no clue!

It's cow appreciation day and if you dress head to toe like a cow you get a free meal.  If you just wear a cow accessory you get a free entree.

My local CFA is having a promotion where you dress like a cow and get a group together and take 5 pictures in specifically named places/situations, bring your camera in and show them the pictures and you get a free meal once a week for an entire year.  Your group gets 52 free meals to split among them.  I'm totally in on that.  I heart their diet lemonade!
