What's for dinner - Thursday!!!!!!!!!

 It has been very busy at work this week.  Everyone is making up for last week and our extra day off since we had no power at work.  

Breakfast:
Kashi cinnamon crunch protein bar and a few dry roasted nuts

Snack:
sugar free latte

Lunch:  
a slice of roast pork loin
a few bites of mashed potatoes and gravy and a few bites of corn

Snack:
mint cookie protein shake mixed with milk

Dinner:
roast chicken salad with tomato, olive, roasted red pepper, goat cheese, avocado, onion and jalapeno salad

Have a good evening.

I'm a new member here. I had my surgery June 6th. 2012, trying to make sure I do everything right. But I'm very worried about portion size. Doctors office said only 4oz of food at a time. When I make a taco salad with turkey burger and mix re-fried beans with it then add lettuce, tomato, cheese and avocado. I don't want to go over portion size. All together how much should I be eating? They said eat till you get the full feeling. Thanks

Today I'm watching my calories carefully (as indeed, I've been doing all week, all month)

1. protein shake
2. quiche
3. protein shake
4. Fage with raspberries, cherries, and nectarine. (yum!)
5. protein shake (limiting my protein shakes to 3 for now)
6. almond milk

Planned for tonight's dinner
Salad with cucumbers, sugar snap peas, avocado, cheese, and artichoke hearts.

I've been taking anti-biotics for my swollen gland in my face, but starting to wonder if something's going on. Feeling awful and hating it.

B-1 pack all natural organic peach oatmeal with half a banana
S- sugar free popsicles (yes more than one lol)
L- Corn dog with a tiny bit of ketchup
S- small flower tortilla with light cheese melted and crunchy
S- half a cup of strawberry banana greek yogurt
D- Spaghetti squash with mushroom & pepper tomato sauce 
S- Yogurt creamie 

Yes I have had more than one snack, and I am able to handle WAY more than 4 ounces of food at a time and I am always hungry. So tomorrow its back to weighing my food and subbing most of my meals for protien shakes. I think it is nearly time to go back to the basics :/

 Random nibbles on a plate for dinner, no real cooked meal.

Many nsa sweet gherkins
Single serve bag of Fritos (oops!)
hard boiled egg
slice of cheddar
nsa applesauce cup

Few hours later a protein drink

Earlier today I found out that pb and Fiber One taste pretty good together.

I'm a little higher cal than I would like today, pushing 1700, but I'm still below my burn.  Drinking some iced decaf green tea now, then I need to get to bed (early for once - before 1 am!)
