What's for dinner - Thursday!!!!!!!!!
I am staying a bit late at work so that I can finish researching something I need to write. I don't know why but my creativity and comprehension quadruples in the evening. I'm thinking of asking for a flex schedule for the remainder of the summer to accommodate that as I often find myself here until 7 or later because I stared at my computer all day and suddenly "found" inspiration at 4:30 p.m.
Anyway, tonight I am going to do some cooking that I've been needing to do and then turn in early. I have been up way late the past few days in a row and it's catching up with me. I am SLEEPY! I would say that I plan to do a workout today but...I won't. No need to lie to you all or myself.
Eats today:
1. Click Frapp
2. Noodle-less lasagna with the last four bites of my faux-tato salad. And three tiny sugar plums
3. Muscle Milk Light
Dinner will be fish tacos. Not sure if there will be anything after that.

That is it so far but I am not making any promises...was suppose to run a 5k tonight but backed out it is 90 freaking degrees outside!! Think it will be a treadmill night if I manage it at all.

2. High Protein Smoothie 46 grams Protein
3. Tuna salad with 1/2 a tomato with Olive Garden dressing
4. Coffee with milk ( I know that it is almost 7pm) lol
5. Beans ( I just love beans)
And a lot of water!
When my money ain't funny this weekend, I am going to the Eastern Market in Detroit and I will prepare 4 serving size meals and freeze them for the next couple of weeks. It has been so hot here and we do not have A/C. I am trying to do better with my diet and slowly add more food items besides greek yogurt, beans and coffee!

My nutritionist wants me to shoot for more calories. I was staying around 500 for a while so today I had:

S-tall Starbucks latte (non-fat)
L-turkey chili w/turkey hot dog

D-turkey chili w/turkey hot dog (yep...another one...YUM!)

That's a good, good question.
Probably a salad. Something quick. I'm making, of all godawful things, a red velvet armadillo cake for someone's wedding. Lordy. It's due tomorrow, so I don't have a lot of time or space to cook a proper dinner.
So far today:
Breakfast - a bowl of Special K Protein Plus cereal with 2& and bananas.
Snack - 16oz Nonfat latte
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Spaghetti and meatballs.
Dinner - Salad with chicken, egg, cheese.
Man, I am carbing it up like crazy today.
