This is a recipe from waaaaaay back in the day. But I figured since I have been on a quasi-Italian kick lately, why not?

This recipe intrigues me. It's meat on top of meat, with cheese. I'm sure my family will love it. I've had cheese crust pizza when I was on low carb years ago. It was tasty. This is... different.

Like I said, I was not in love at first bite. I didn't dislike it. It was just that you get an idea of what pizza is and this is NOT a pizza crust. But it is tasty.

Now that I have dug up the recipe my oldest has already Skyped me that she wants it when she gets home. I should feel honored my child reads my blog, yes?
