What's fer dinner??? Wednesday!
I think I am a heathen. Since my pastor retired I haven't felt like doing Wednesday dinner. It just isn't the same.
Left to my own devices I am planning on going to pick up some supplies to make a funny skit for Bariatric Foodie tonight and then I am going to head home and have leftover egg foo yung with cauliflower rice.
Here's what else I had today:
1. Click Frappe
2. Noodle-less lasagna (see post entitled "Lasagna anyone?" for pics and recipe) + a little fauxtato salad and a teeny weeny sugar plum
3. Pure Protein bar

Sigh.... I'm on a business trip, stuck in a hotel 30 minutes walking distance from anywhere to eat, and all they serve is garbage at the hotel. I've been dining on left-over lunches the last 2 days, eating cold grilled chicken... sigh :(
Tonight I'm taking a taxi to get some ceviche at a seafood restaurant. Love me some ceviche.

i've been tweaking a vegan protein microwave bake sludge thing. i've been working on it for like 2 weeks lol. i'm getting a bit tired of it now actually but I think i'm super close to getting it perfect.

I think this may possibly be the longest day ever. I worked 2 hours of overtime this morning (0500 start, after getting off at 11;30pm last night) then helped my mom and had out of town company. My 1hr nap did nothing for me, since the mobile home placed called to talk to me about refinancing. Gah!
B - chocolate cake batter protein w/ 1/2 mint cookie protein bar (lots of sugar in those, felt yuck even after just half)
L - baked pork chop, fresh peas/butterbeans/okra, slice tomato
S - Quest
D - probably breakfast - egg, P28 toast, turkey bacon, tomato
S - cottage cheese and berries
may even have another quest.....

I'm feeling pretty big these days, makes me want to cut back. So.... tonight I'll probably have some FAGE with peaches or a salad with cucumber, snap peas, cheese, and artichoke hearts.
Cutting back on my protein shakes and drinking lime-water with floating cucumbers.
When out for lunch today I chose pulled pork with BBQ sauce on the side.
