Chicken Enchilada soup with protein powder!  I'm super excited about it because it is a great step in the right direction for me!  Simple to prepare so I'm not weighed down but healthy and high in protein!

B - Premier nutrition protein shake
S - 8 rice crackers and lemon garlic hummus
L - Part-skim mozzerella stick
S - 8 rice crackers with low-fat cream cheese

I promised myself that tomorrow I wouldn't have crackers and cheese (and/or hummus) for more than one meal.  They are just so easy at this moist/mushy/crispy phase.  I never have problems with them!

Thanks for all the good ideas, y'all!

My dinner was thrown together at random, just because I had other stuff I wanted to do.  It consisted of:

1 oz. of reduced fat string cheese
I1 wedge (0.67 oz.) light pepper jack cheese wedge spread on 3 reduced fat triscuits
1/4 cup of steamed brocolli

Odd, but I'm satisfied.  :)

B: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with SF raspberry syrup
S: Decaf with vanilla protein mix
L: 1/4 cup chicken salad on 1 slice of Health Nut bread
S: Decaf with vanilla protein mix

I'd say that I was taking it easy todday because of yesterday's ... but it wouldn't really be true.

1. small slice of homemade quiche (I made it with organic peas this time, super yum!)
2. protein shake
3. protein shake
4. Crepes (at IHOP)
5. protein shake
6. artichoke hearts, snap peas, and cheese

This is where I'm at right now.

I'm thinking of having for the rest of the day:
7. almond milk
8. FAGE with raspberries
9. possibly one more protein shake

Today I also had a lovely visit to the spine doc, and I interviewed and "Hired" an intern who will work with me for the month of September, producing about 10 to 30 hours of my class as a televised show. As part of that, I think I might get my ears pierced, buy some makeup (because I don't own even one thing of makeup of any kind) and I might even buy a hair-dryer and some hair product to make my hair tame. Oh... and I found out I'm going to be a step-grandmother. Cinderella is pregnant!

Definitely wasn't motivated to cook after my run. Dinner was a Click frappe.

Other eats today-
b- Vanilla and peach protein shake
S- grapes
L- 2 deli rolls and left over spicey bean dip.

I'm feeling like I might need another snack....I'm at 920 calories and 93 grams of protein today. I have this mental block that I can't eat over 1000 calories/day or I won't lose anymore. I thought I finally broke my stall and lost 2 lbs but then gained the scale jumped back up. I am hoping that my new toy- Body media fit will help me!

Spaghetti for the family. Lean ground beef, cottage cheese, and mixed with a lil ranch powder on cucumber rounds.

(and some garlic bread... oops.  It fell in my mouth. For what it's worth it wasn't that great.)

Im only sitting at 1100 calories for the day, I'm stuffed and I think I'm done. I *might* try a NSA fudge bar later if my family hasnt eaten it first. Prolly not though. Soooooo full.
