So what's for dinner?

 Me? No-noodle lasagna!

But first I have to GET home.

Here's what else I had today:

1. TVP oatmeal w/ PB
2. Tilapia w/ veggies, fauxtato salad
3. Click Frapp

My rough calculations say this is about 960 calories, 93g protein. Meh. I could do better.

Maybe a steak salad.  I have some thawed out.  I don't know yet.

You know dinner is  where you and I share mentalities. I'm generally ambivalent.

Even when I plan and make something I generally don't even it it.  By dinner time I'm usually so "meh" about eating.

Athough lately - since I've actually NOT been grazing mindlessly - dinner has actually had some more appeal.

Interesting.

Thinking I am going to finish up the tuna I had for lunch... it filled me up pretty well.

B - mint cookie protein shake w/ 1/2 a mint cookie protein bar (because I ran out of shake powder) made w/ water
L - sweet n' spicy tuna on a WW deli flat bottom, w/ sliced tomato, green beans, strawberry and then SF lemon pudding for dessert (yes, I know those are random flavors all thrown together... it makes me happy HAHA)
S - strawberries, blue berries, cherries
- almonds
D - tuna, etc (no pudding)
S - quest if they get delivered; cottage cheese, PB and strawberry if not

I am tweaking a protein sludge microwave bake thing. It was amazing!

I have been eating protein pancakes a lot, but really wanted to cut out the egg white, and I think i've found my solution.

Ok, you've peaked my curiosity. Why no egg white? It's all protein and no fat.
