Breakfast was banana protein gf pancakes

Dinner tonight will either be chicken on the grill or steak on the grill or possibly a protein shake....its hot and I don't want to eat.

Oh man.....
Lazy Sunday is NO JOKE around these parts...  but it's actually not all that lazy...

Got up a lil early for a kid free sunday...
I sat in the shade in the driveway facebooking for a few hours with a couple cups of coffee.

Hubs came out to mow, so I moved inside where I did a bunch of laundry, cleaned kitchen, made dinner for tonight (crock pot- just wait a sec, I'll tell ya about it).  Dusted, vacuumed, did more laundry....

So breakfast was coffee.
lunch, ahhhh its 3pm... I havent eaten anything... but I drank a ton of water....
Dinner.  I browned pork chops, put em in the crock pot with a can of the light cream of chicken soup (aldi light & fit brand), 2 cups of water, 2 ears (cut off the cob) corn, some cheddar cheese, and a pack of long grain wild rice from Rice a Roni.  It's one of hubbys faves, and I eat a pork chop, and a lil rice.... and it's perfection.
He can take the leftovers tomorrow.

I am setting up tomorrows dinner too, beer chicken.  It's super easy to do and I love it.   Also, a fave of the hubby.
It's not all glitter and rainbows.

I did my grocery shopping this morning.  Needed to get kid food (they are walking stomachs with mouths!) and restock my freezer with meats.

I've had a mug of decaf with creamer and splenda, a protein bar and two diet Snapples.  I'm about to go make some decaf green tea and have a protein drink.

Yeah, I ain't feeling the food thing today.  Ran head first into some old baggage at the grocery store this morning which spun me into full panic adrenaline rush mode. Usually this will send me into a who knows how long binge cycle, but I'm actively fighting that.  I have URGES to cram potato chips in my mouth, but no DESIRE to eat anything.  Odd feeling, but it is what it is.  I should not own this baggage, but it was given to me and I continue to let it have this effect on me.  I have yet to figure out how to NOT have this automatic fight or flight response in situations like this.

So, I need to get the meat separated, bagged and frozen.  I need to make my crockpot freezer meals (something new I'm trying off pinterest) chopped, bagged and frozen.  And I need to do some laundry.  I'm home alone and have no interest in doing any of these things.

Off to drink my protein now.

Alarm went off at 5 this morning - up, breakfast snack, dressed, put the dogs out / fed them, double checked my bag, walked to my parent's to load my bike and find my helmet then back to teh house to fix my real breakfast. Waited until I was almost at the beach to eat.
Beach by 615, checked in for training, swam 20 minutes in the choppy Gulf then biked 14 miles on a heavy hybrid bike with 1 warped wheel / low tired. It was ... fun. Snagged post-workout snacks (more than planned) and rushed home to help my mom and then to my house for a shower and a nap. Now working until 11pm.

B snack - LC cheese (I try to get something in me within 30 minutes of waking)
B2 - WW waffle, peanut butter, strawberries, blueberries
S - during workout - Clif's MOJO bar
- after - vegan muffins (banana, orange chocolate) , a blueberry muffin and 1/2 pc watermelon (these were the mini muffins, at least?)
L - rotisserie chicken, steamed squash
S - berries
D - either more chicken or one of my pre-portioned Niks meatloaf

That puts me roughly around 1444 on calories. I am trying to make myself allow 1500 so if I need a late snack, I'll have something small.

I've had lots of water today, a Primerer Choc Protein Shake, My morning Vitamins.

Oldest Daughter and I are headed out to San Diego in a half hour to see Wicked tonight. We are both excited.

She wants food along the way. She picked IHop. I'm like. Ok I can have a scrambled egg but have a Protein shake and a bottle of water with me just in case.  I don't want to eat and then get sick and be uncomfortable during the show.

Slept in today and had my nails and toenails done while my husband went to a horror movie.  Afterwards I had some time and it was very hot/humid outside so I browsed the clearance section of Pier 1 and then we went to DSW to use my birthday certificate.  I love their clearance section too.  Then on to Costco and now settled in for the evening.

Hopefully the light sprinkle outside will cool things off for a few days.

Breakfast:
Click cold protein shake mixed with milk

Lunch:
sweet potato fries while I waited for my husband and later a hot dog without most of the bun from Costco

Snack:
sugar free latte

DInner:  probably a salad with a little rotisserie chicken from Costco

Enjoy your evening.
