I am about to go to the store. Later today I have a meet-up with some other post ops. I hope folks show up! Even if they don't, I will make the most of this day!!!

Yesterday I ate way too much at dinner and had a BAD stomach ache. Thought I may have actually hurt something. Good news was none of it was starchy carbs but still. Too much is too much. Thankfully I have the best system in the world so it...um....worked itself out.

Eats for today are fairly free form. So far I've had cottage cheese with blueberries and strawberries.

I need to cook lunches for next week. Since I have this ginormous zucchini I was thinking maybe no-noodle lasagna. Maybe.

What's up with you guys?

Husband's getting ready to leave again day after tomorrow. This always means that he gets grumpy and hyperemotional, so I sent him away with the Biggest Monster to go have a playdate with his guy friends. Last thing we need is an argument right before he leaves.

I didn't have breakfast today. I should have, because now I'm starving. Lean Cuisine is in the micro right now. I'll take a walk to my mom's and borrow her car this afternoon so I can get to work, and then come home and get dinner started. Gonna make enchiladas I think.

Went to the pool today in my new bikini!  For scar healing purposes, I bought tankinis for the summer.  However, I am so excited about my weight loss that I dragged my husband to Dillard's last night to get a bikini.  I might not look like a 10 in it yet, I'm getting there.

I looked smoking hot out there today (probably it was 102 as well!)

Now, the rest of the day will be indoors, probably cleaning house.

You rock that bikini!  I have some tankinis, but I have yet to have the self confidence to wear them without skirts or shorts.  I'd secretly love to wear a bikini!

Today is all about getting stuff done in the house.  I'm cleaning the kitchen, doing laundry
and taking care of a sick puppy.  He cried all last night and kept me up.  I thought it was
from the pain from the abscess, but when I called the vet hospital (my vet is closed) they
said he's probably feeling loopy from the pain patch.  According to them, it's just kicking in.
I said, "So you mean to tell me my dog has a buzz and doesn't realize it, so he's crying?"
LOL.....she said "Yep".  Ugh...hope she's right.  He goes for his followup tomorrow.
Anyhow....so far today:

8 oz skim milk
4 oz Nik's Taco Casserole (which, btw, TY TY TY Nik...I loved it, DH loved it and even my
dad...who is picky & set in his ways loved it!)
1 oz LF sour cream
2 tbsp green onions

Dinner?  No clue.

Had two charming, sweet teenaged boys as houseguests for the week. They left this morning and i miss them already. They ate almost none of what I bought for them, but I semi-forced the power bars, packages of nuts and dried fruit, and various leftovers on them for the road. My own eating was off a bit because of company. No...because of my own internal disorganization.

Last night we were treated to a sit-down, cloth napkin Thai restaurant. I was kind of salivating over the curry, but ordered barbecued chicken. Holy crow, it was half a big chicken! I gave a piece away, ate the leg and a bite of breast, and have the rest for today or tomorrow. RNY rocks the leftovers.

Now--  Coffee. Need coffee. More coffee.
Breakfast at noon--  Yogurt and strawberries. Strawberries are really filling! Will prob have to give some to my Mom.
Lunch--  Chicken thigh--a different chicken this time.
Tea--  Protein latte
Dinner--  Hamburger patty and a little veg
Bedtime--  I foresee needing a bit of comfort. Chocolate milk a la food plan?

I'm spoiled for choice. Now tht i'm not inhaling everything in the refrigerator, there's a lot of food in there that I can't eat in time. Got to learn to buy small.
