So far I have had 1/4c low fat cottage cheese for Breakfast.  Just fixed supper for me and my mom which I call lunch...1/4 cup salmon patty (with one egg and 5 saltines mixed in) fried in a non stick pan, 1/8 cup of Lima Beans and one piece(about 1/2 inch in length) of sweet potatoe.  I also had a bit of a dessert I fixed for my mom which consisted of grilled fresh peach, toasted pecans, and about 5 strawberries...had 1 tsp of that...which was quite good.  I was satisfied.  I will walk later since it is still 104 out...but probably end the day with 2 oz of turkey.  I've been taking Protonex as a supplement to help with my protein....gagging it down....but getting it in...cheers!

I am having 3oz of chicken, 1oz of mashed potato, and a tinny bit of chicken gravy. After dinner snack is a SF pop cycle. Going on a big bird tomorrow at 7am and flying to some nice hot place to see my great grandson.

Mushroom stroganoff left over from dinner last night, made with olive oil, beef stroganoff seasoning, nonfat Greek yogurt, low fat sour cream, port, and of course mushrooms. For bedtime, two strawberries, 1/3 cup yellow crookneck squash (mmm-mmm. Better than candy.) and 2 oz cheese. I didn't exercise today; too tired from getting up at the crack of dawn for the plumber. Now i have a fully functional toilet, which is always nice, and a compliant kitchen faucet.

I asked cute Josh the Plumber if the toilet was the low flow flush five times kind. He said, "Nope, it will flush 22 golf balls. If anybody has more than 22 golf balls in them, they need help."

My boo brought home a fish fry... sooo I peeled the coating of the fish off, ate the fish and some of the veggies and I'm sitting here staring at the hush puppies KNOWING I can't have them and I'm going to have to give them to him! Not to mention this huge amount of food in this take out container will probably feed me 4 meals total! I will be eating fish for a minute here!

Have been having this craving for different foods, I have not had in forever. Sometimes you just have to give in to the crave and get it out of the way. Other wise it will just consume your every thought.
Tonight for dinner we went out to the Chicken shack. I had extra crispy fried chicken. I was able to eat two thighs and a leg. Along side of that I had half an order of fried okra and a med chocolate shake. Then a friend of mine was have collard greens with smoked shank, yeah I had to sample that too!

I needed a wheelchair to get me out of that shack. Boy, I was so full and feltlike I could puke any second. But all in all I would do it again, I swear I would do it again!

SNAP.. whew I woke up It was all a dream LOL

I actually made a crock pot of bean and ham soup, it was devine!

Chicken fajitas from an awesome  place called Senor Burrito. Used some salsa, guac, and a little cheese sans the tortillas.  So good! It will last me 5 meals as I can only eat about 2 strips of chicken a sitting lol.
