Word to the wise. Ask them to cut it into four pieces. They stuff their unwiches and sandwiches with LOTS of meat.

I would but the office orders these 'boxed lunch' type deals and doesn't really give us an option as to what we want on the sandwich or what sandwhich we want.
We've done JJ"s here at my job for catering and I requested an unwich. I was the only one and they delivered it specially marked.

It's suppose to reach 104 degrees here today!! So I will be eating lite and drinking lots of water... I don't wanna eat when it's this hot... I'm not sure why that is but it just doesn't seem to sit as well the hotter it is... Todays grubs will be...
AM- Decaf coffee with scoop Vanilla Unjury
B- Cottage cheese double with peaches
L- Hillshire Farms grilled chicken breast
D- Ahi Tuna appetizer (small) from Outback.... Oh so yummy! and a side of broccoli
S- probably a bite or 2 of watermelon... I can't tolerate of lot of it (strange to me) but I still love it

B: Coffee Protein shake
I am still working on my mission to eat a wider variety of food. This week, I tried to eat 1/2 a veggie burger (no bun) and it felt like I had eaten a brick. This weekend I plan on trying egg salad and a cooked egg with cheese. I did eat a few slices of deli turkey and they went down well.
L: Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries or strawberries topped with granola or fiber one.
D: ???
Snacks: few slices of turkey, few slices of sharp cheddar with reduced wheat thins.

It's HOT here and already we've been issued heat warnings through the weekend. Mini-me and I went swimming all day yesterday so today we'll find something inside to do. Maybe go walk the mall. Tomorrow we're taking the boat out!

Going to be a beautiful weekend: hot, sultry, and finally summer. I intend to get some quality time in my kayak and I'm searching for a 5K to run this weekend. Feeling the need to just be active this weekend.
