OUCH! No wonder you were in so much pain!  Glad you can at least get up and about some

Grilled chicken, grilled corn and brussels sprouts.

After my wallowing in self loathing and pity I took my ass to the gym.

I killed it.  4 miles on the mill, followed by sprint intervals.  120 secs at 7.0, 60 secs at 7.5 and 60 seconds at 8.0 (twice!).  Then two miles on the bike.

That'll teach me.

um...that's a sprint in your world???

Hell, for me that's a "in the ER cuz I fell off the damn treadmill"

Just sayin.

It almost was.  I was pushing myself.  The second 8.0 was because the first one didn't kill me.  I did 4 miles instead of 3 because I was internally whining about even being there.  I did the sprints because I was giddy I was almost done.  And I did the 2 miles on the bike because I was ready to go home.  I figured if I was *already* in ***** and moan mode I might as well make it worth the whine.  And I loved it!  It was a 450 calorie burn for the hour.

And the highest I've pushed on the treadmill before was 7.0 for two minutes... I tend to get comfortable with the status quo so this was my "you can" moment.

I had to come back for 'fess up time. My late evening MUST EAT monster raised its ugly head again.
I planned tilapia w/ cheese and onion on it, with 2 sweet peppers, 1 laughing cow cheese and some steamed broc / cauli.

I ACTUALLY had - the tilapia, cheese, peppers and cheese.... but while the tilapia was cooking I just HAD to (literally felt like a "need" ) have some pie. Fortunately it was at least SF pudding... because I ate it now, no joke. Then along with my planned fish and peppers, I had more butterbeans and corn. I was so full. So full.
I did cancel my cottage cheese / jello snack, and I haven't eaten my berries because I am still full. The berries are pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things since they are so low calorically.

I have got to get control or figure out if my calories are ok. *sigh*

Mine is in full force right now and I'm totally fighting it.  There's no earthly reason WHY I should eat something at midnight, even if I am awake.  None.

I've had a glass of tea.  I might have a mug of nsa hot cocoa or hot tea and try to relax myself to sleep with my Nook.

You know, I just CAN'T get myself to sleep before midnight anymore, and I get up at 6am every morning... not sure what's up.

That's me. I eat when I am not hungry. My justification is I planned on that food, it is in my calorie budget.  The problem is, that late at night once I eat a small thing, it explodes into a binge.  Last night I wouldn't even let myself have a single blueberry because I knew it wouldn't stop there.
