What's for dinner - Tuesday!
Just got back from my run. I really don't enjoy it but I love the way I feel when I'm done. I'm drinking glass 11 of water as I watch the Olympic swimming trials. it is totally motivating me to start my 3 day pass at the YMCA tomorrow morning so I can swim some laps!
Dinner- 2- turkey ham, provolone and pick roll ups w/ mustard. And maybe a banana later if I get hungry.
I've been seeing mint chocolate or cookie protein shakes more and more lately. What brand do you all like? I'm ordering some more Click tomorrow and I am looking to try another new one too.

i made a tomato sauce with an onion, peppers and canned tomatos (none coming in yet) and sausage TVP with italian seasoning and garlic. Peeled and sliced the eggplant and layerd it with the sauce and italian shredded cheese, sauce, eggplant, sauce, cheese, eggplant, sauce, cheese and baked until bubbly.

Last day at home on bedrest...yeah, I can't wait to go to work tomorrow. I am not one for staying at home. I finished all of the online trainings I could do this year while I was in bed.
Breakfast:
Kashi cinnamon crunch protein bar
Snack:
sugar free latte
Lunch:
a couple of slices of cheese...later a Matrix banana and PB 2 protein shake made with milk and freeze dried espresso
Dinner:
red beans and rice with peppers, peas, onions, roasted pork loin and linguica sausage...about 2/3 of a cup
Snack:
sugar free brownie with roasted pecans and sugar free chocolate chips
