What's for dinner - Wednesday!

Well, in light of recent discussions. I don't know.
I had planned on a turkey bacon, P28 sandwich but now I am going to see what my folks had for lunch and maybe eat leftovers - I think there was beef involved.

otherwise today has been a little bit of redemption for my red calorie day yesterday and I am not ravenous (yet - give me til midnight)

B - mint cookie protein made w/ water, 1 chicken sausage link
L - WW waffle w/ peanut butter, strawberry and few blueberries (Can I tell you I could eat this every meal and be a happy girl?)
S - 3/4 Quest bar
D- up in the air
S - berries, maybe with cottage cheese

broiled chicken drumettes with some kind of bbq sauce.. yum!

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

Well, I was going to have leftover Cheeseburger Pie, but my dad called me at work and
asked me and DH to come over because he smoked a turkey breast!  It was awesome.
So, I had turkey breast, a smidge of fresh corn off the cob, and a smidge of baked beans.
Smidge = a tbsp or 2

I had chili and rice with melted RF cheese on top and NSA sweet pickles on the side (yes it's a strange pairing learned from Mom)

Now I've got to go practice piano and get ready for bed early...

My dinner was yummo (sorry Nik)!  :)

I grilled some marinated chicken breasts and zucchini slices, and roasted some sweet potatoes in the oven.  We also had some Pillsbury crescent rolls that we got marked down at the grocery store 'cause they were about to expire.  I made those for the rest of the family, but couldn't resist and ate 2 of them myself.  Oh well, at least the rest of my meal was healthy.

dinner for me will be fage yoghurt with apricot and peach I think.

then I'll have cheese, snap peas and (avocado Why did I type avocado?) ARTICHOKE hearts for a pillow snack.

 Alright.  Made spaghetti for the family.  For me it's leftover chicken breast, cottage cheese and spaghetti sauce.  I cooked the bread a little bit too long (oops!) so I'm totally not even tempted by it at all!
