Completely OT: I am in love.... With Siri

I am really glad that I decided to get the iPhone instead of an Android (as much as I like the "ice cream sandwich" OS name, LOL)!  I love Siri.  Yes, she (it) has some limitations, but I love, love, love being able to dictate text and short email messages and reminders!  I also like the way the iCloud function syncs my phone, my MacBook laptop, and my iPad (and would talk to my iPod Touch if I used it for anything other than sitting in a Bose speaker system as an alternative to the stereo system).

I have also been creating my own ring tones (from the "Wicked" soundtrack, of course, LOL).  Getting some of the other ringtones from my BB backup on my PC into iTunes on my Mac and then into the phone was kind of a PITA, though.  (Loading tones to my BB was as simple as just sending them to my phone and saving them.)

Anyone have a fun feature (or app) that I really MUST know about?!?

My 5 year old son LOVES Siri. We were in church a few weeks ago and he says to my dh "dad can you ask your phone when are we going down stairs??" LOL He thinks she has the answer to everything.

You just need to go to the app store and choose from the 40,000+ downloads depending on your needs or wants.

Have you played with Siri? Ask her "where do I get rid of a body?" She will ask you if you want a mortuary, dump, or funeral homes... It's too funny some of the things she comes up with.

 I have a bunch of different apps on my iPad.. Just wondering if people had any specific phone related apps they really liked.

I will have to try asking her some silly questions, LOL.  Someone told me a joke about Siri saying that Steve Jobs was God, but when I asked her who God was, she said "I eschew theological discussions."  not nearly as amusing.

i pretty much just play games on my phone so i'm no help with apps, unless you're looking for those!

we asked Siri where to hide a body and she showed us sites for like local gravel pits or something. it was funny

Looooove Siri! She's great entertainment for the grandkids when they get bored or restless. My favorite feature is asking her to remind me to do something when I leave or arrive at a location.

The app I use the most is instagram.

Ask her to tell you a story. 

sorry, I dont even know what it is.  I am old fashioned with a cheap flip phone so I don't make any more  "butt calls"..  I was  making too many of them.  i I dont even text - I like to talk on the phone, not type.  It takes me so long to type these e-mails and I am a good typer.

I may graduate to something next year so I can e-mail though

The Night Sky app is pretty amazing.  You can turn it on, go outside and it will
show you the constallation's location.  If you point it at the ground, it'll show
you Australia and such.
