Down in the Dumps...
So, I went to see my doc yesterday. He tells me I am 20 lbs heavier than I should be at this point. I'll be 3 months out on the 26th.
I just don't know what to do, I have been STUCK at 252-254 for about two weeks it seems.
I am getting in my protein, vitamins and water. I am exercising more, he told me to increase my calories for a few days to jump start things again.
I am SO unmotivated at this point, I feel like eating a burger and fries and a sundae, a real big one.
I have read that taking probiotics helps weight loss with RNY folks and I have been taking those Raspberry Ketones and Resveratrol with my multis. I am at a loss and feel like crying and we all know that there is no crying in shrinking pants sizes.
Help me please!

And remember the burger, fries and sundae will make you sick, and that's no fun
Take Care
I figure when I go in at 6 months he is going to say the same thing. I can't do aerobic exercise so don't expect to lose as fast as others. I look at it this way: I am 4 mos out and have lost 44 pounds. I have 40 to 55 to go and I am a long way from hitting a year out. My goal is to have it off before my one year mark.
Banded Oct 2008: 290
RNY Feb 2012: 245
Dr's set goal: 170 reached Oct 11, 2012
My goal: 160 reached Dec 1, 2012
Today : 145-150
I am half the person I was in 2008.
Here is a chart of "realistic expectations".
Hope this helps.
