You know what's REALLY getting old???
112 where I am and leaving for La Jolla the rest of summer this weekend.
Tonight I am eating 2 oz greek yogurt and a peach and 2 oz of black beans with 1 tbl of cheddar cheese. That is a big dinner I know but I am really hungry tonight. I rode my bike 10 miles in the heat today....but it is a dry heat here...hahahahah
I am grateful everytime I leave Seattle and then come home. It's like God's own airconditioing up here.
I went out to dinner by myself tonight. My family were down watching the olympic diving olympic trials.
The restaraunt was okay for about 20 minutes and then I fell ovewhelmed and had them pack up the rest.
I am seriously agorphobic right now. It feels safe to sit in my rocking chair and watch netflix.
The momma grief train is on full throttle.
Oh and to just chime in on todays drama...I am not a food addict. No one but me gets to call me a food addict. It's presumptious and obnoxious. I do not need to explain to you why I feel that I am not. This does not mean I am in denial. It means I'm not an addict. Sometimes I am an asshole though.
