I am kind of torn about what to have for dinner. Either tilapia and lots of veggies or shrimp / eggs / P28 toast. Probably tilapia since the veggies will help keep me full longer for less calories.

b - P28 toast with 1/2 slice cheese
L - tilapia w/ cheese and onion; broccoli/carrots, steam squash
S- SF Ice cream
- PURE protein
D- ...
S- cottage cheese, sf jello w/ fruit
- blueberries if needed

Too hot and humid to cook! We do not have air conditioning!
B - Click Espresso / Chocolate Whey/PB2 Shake
S- Banana w/PB
L- 2 thin slices of Colby jack cheese wrapped around 2slices of cooked ham
S - cheese stick
D - picked up Italian - had a small pc. of chicken Marsala with a tablespoon of Risotto and grilled zucchini
S - might have a couple of spoonfuls of Ben and Jerry's Frozen Greek yogurt, I bought a couple 3.6 oz size cups, the sugar content is too high to eat the whole thing at one time!

Thanks for the reminder--I quick took the shrink-wrapped salmon out of the freezer and it's thawing in the coffee carafe now. Dinner at eighti**** should be ready to poach by then. I've still got leftover curried cauliflower from four meals ago, so I'll finish that if I have room for it. I looovve veggies but I wonder when I'll get to eat 'em up. They're more of a condiment at this stage.

Dinner tonight was stuffed sweet banana peppers in marinara sauce. Made the sauce this morning and let it simmer all day. Stuffed the peppers with ground beef, quinoa, veggies, and a bit of sauce. I'll be making this again!!

Tuna. It works, it goes down, and it's mindless.
I am happy to be out of carb casserole land even if I didn't eat much.
While I was sitting with my mom I drank milk.
I did have one comfort meal before leaving town..chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, fried okra..ahh..the food of my youth. I am very grateful these choices are not availale in Seattle. I didn't eat much of it but it tasted so good.
