What's for dinner - Tuesday!

Nothing for me just yet. I just ate a small apple. Apples are magical in that they erase hunger instantaneously. No waiting in line to pass go. Nope!

But when I do get to dinner I haz NO idea what I'm having. The fridge is looking a little bit...bare.

I always have stuff to make chili though and that'd serve as a good lunch the rest of the week too. Or I could thaw and pan fry some tilapia in Cajun spices. There is a multitude you can do with the little bits from your fridge...I just gotta do it.

Anyhoo here's what I had today:

1. A swig of Hood Calorie Countdown chocolate milk
2. A Click Frappe
3. Shrimp 'n Eggs
4. An apple

So...now that we're through my boring day...what's on YOUR plate?

Probably some bean soup. I didn't eat enough today, 1/2 of a protein shake, and about 2 oz of tuna. No appetite today.

Tough love time!

If no appetite = nauseous and don't want to eat, that's one thing.

But simply having no appetite is NOT an excuse to not eat. Your body needs food regardless of how you feel. So eat (or drink) a sufficient amount of calories to nourish your body.

Ask Paul...I can be relentless with this.
