I'm really having a lot of trouble remembering to eat. I used to have this problem pre-op, but my stomach was there to remind me that I was hungry, now that I don't feel hunger I'm constantly forgetting meals and it's slowing down my loss.

B: Tuna on cucumber slices with gouda cheese and pickle (four)
L: Roasted turkey breast wish swiss
S: Gouda and hummus on cucumber slices

I've been drinking SF Peach Tea, and I also have most of my iced venti dirty soy chai as a pick-me-up when I need it.

However I'm currently working my way through hour 2 of a probable 5 hour cooking time on a rack of memphis-style ribs. Stater Bros had a sale on spareribs so I cut them down into a St. Louis rack and put on a great rub!

Okay, so let's talk about what I had for dinner because I *really* do not want to!

Started out good.  Post yoga & shower I ate about 1/2 cup of chicken chili.  Then I had a dessert plate of tortilla chips and cheese and salsa.  Oh, about an hour later I had a nsa fudge bar.  Followed by a protein bar, followed by some cinnamon roasted almonds, followed by a Larabar.

I'm sure there was something else I'm blanking out on.  I didn't log.

It was ridiculous.  This was from 7:30pm - midnight.  I could have eaten more.  I was grazing.  And it was completely unneccesary.

Yeah, I'm with you on the grazing last night!

Let's see, from the time I got home from work at 5:00, I had:
jalapeno cheetos (from the bag, not measured, hopefully not much more than 1 serving...), a chicken kabob, chips & salsa (again, eaten right from the bag), a popsicle, another popsicle, a slice of cinnamon toast with butter, and a poptart.   What an unnecessary carb-fest!

Shoot!  I also had a single serve bag of Fritos with my chili!  And a half dozen cherry tomatoes from my plant when I was picking them last night.
