What's for dinner - Monday!

Ok, so the weather sucks and I gots no umbrella so no walk to Whole Foods.

But...I DID GET IN CONTACT WITH THE LANDLORD!!!

I think he's just tired enough of hearing my voice that he is blessing me with an in person visit to the house to look at the A/C. This of course will probably not fix it (which is my main concern) but at least I know he's taking it seriously.

Pushing, pushing...

I am also cautiously optimistic that we have a new buyer for my old house. Swing a chicken for that please.

Dinner will likely be a Click Frapp here in a few moments. I'm still kind a full from lunch frankly.

Here's what I had today:

1. A tbsp Naturally More PB
2. Chipotle chicken salad, a few slices of tomato (my official breakfast)
3. (Way too much) sush. Miso soup just before that
4. They were having an ice cream social at work and they remembered to get both SF ice cream AND SF caramel sauce just for me! I had a very precise 1/2 c. serving of the ice cream and 2 tbsp of sauce. So I did good.

What's on YOUR plate today?

Aww...that is so sweet that they remembered to bring the SF goodies for you!  I've had
a crazy day.  I had a nut case on the phone who would NOT let me go & had to dump
a "friend".....BUT....my eats are decent, so for that I am thankful...lol.

B:  cottage cheese bake
S:  string cheese
L:  beef stroganoff sauce
D:  turkey smoked sausage + a couple slices of potato
S:  2 SF popsicles
O:  16 oz skim milk throughout the day & plenty of crystal light

There is something to be said for handling life's ups and downs and not overeating. Congrats!

Good luck with your a/c and selling your house.

I bruised my back/spine on a falling on the stairs Saturday when my German shepherd ran under my feet so the Dr. has me on bedrest for the next week....sucks....I hate staying in bed or not working.  I am going to ask to telework for a few days and at least get my yearly training out of the way.

Breakfast:
Banana and PB2 protein shake

Snack:
Sugar free latte

Lunch/Dinner:
half a club sandwich and a few tortilla chips with guacamole

later:
sugar free latte

Probably another protein shake later.

Have a great evening.

I'm so glad you're okay (bed-rest or not). My parents own a black lab that attempted to murder me three days after surgery by trampling me in an effort to get up the stairs first! :P man's best friend indeed.

 Thank you :)

Our female German shepherd always try to be first up or down the stairs.

Have a great week.

So far so good! I had a heck of a workout with the trainer... kind of a "fail" on the treadmill, but I did survive the hill sprints, just couldn't make the 3 minutes at 7.0.
We did my monthly measurements and weigh-in ..... 1/2 lb away from being half the person I used to be!!!! She said she would take care of that 1/2 pound on Wednesday's workout lol

B - Click mocha w/ skim milk and Tbs of low fat whipped cream
L - WW Waffle w/ Tbs peanut butter (it worked!! Thanks Paul and Nik)
S - almonds
D - hopefully tilapia and lots of veggies
S - PURE protein
- cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit

if needed - turkey pepperoni w/ cheese

( I totally forgot to bring any food with me to work, so I had nothing post workout... found some almonds. Hopefully if I can get some tilapia it and the veggies will fill me up - but even with all of the snacks I am ok on calories)

edited - hey look! GOAL!   :)

 THREE minutes at 7.0???

Holy hell I woulda fell off the treadmill! The most I've ever done at 7.0 is one minute. I've even done a minute at 8.0 but that was when I REALLY almost fell.

You are doing well!

Thanks!  My trainer is a sadist lol  but she believes in me and helps me believe in myself (though I have to admit I never believed I could do 7.0 for 3 minutes, so maybe that was part of the problem?)
