 Happy Monday!!!!

My day is pretty boring. Work, then taking a walk to Whole Foods, then I have a church council meeting, then home. Um…woot?

Eats:

1.      1 tbsp Naturally More peanut butter (broke my moratorium on buying PB. Probably a mistake but we’ll see how it goes)

2.      Homemade chipotle chicken salad, tomato slices

3.      Sushi with a co-worker

4.      Probably a Click Frappe for “dinner"

5.      Shrimp & Eggs later in the evening

6.      NSA fudgesicle

Morning and Happy Monday back atcha!

I'm already behind on my water this morning.  I didn't drink my 20 before work.  And I was 45 min to an hour late getting breakfast in so my post-brekky drinking is off too.  10 more minutes and I'm good to go.

I woke up and hit snooze way too many times, then I got a bug up my butt about cleaning up the bathroom counter this morning.  I'm bad about leaving things out when I use them and I haven't SEEN the bottom of the second sink in quite some time.  So, sorry for the visual, I was standing in my bra and panties moving around jewelry, extra buttons, hangars, hair products, etc instead of washing up and getting ready for work.  I was 15 minutes late and I skimped on the hair and makeup.

BUT my bathroom looks a lot better today.  It's a start at least.

I made salsa from the garden yesterday but it turned out too salty so I'm holding so much water today.  I also didnt' DRINK any water yesterday.  I could barely fit my rings over my fingers and usually they are spinning this morning.  So I plan to play catch up big time today.

B - 0% Fage with 2 oz canned nsa fruit ****tail.
s - decaf with creamer and splenda.  Might skip this in favor of water though.
L - chili, made with shredded chicken instead of ground beef
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
D - I don't know yet. Something with squash and/or zucchini as they are piling up again.
s - I don't know if I'll have one.  Maybe a NSA fudge bar?

Hot power yoga tonight and I hope to sweat some of this water off.

My abs and obliques are SCREAMING at me from Saturday morning's workout.  OMG do they hurt, in that "I can't stop stretching them" kinda way.  All yesterday I was stretching and ouching, stretching and ouching... it hurts so good.  :)

I keep peanut butter in the tiny tbsp size serving packages (like you get at the hospital).  I don't know if it keeps me from eating more than I should, but at least it keeps me honest on how much I'm really eating.  You can't underestimate when you have 1 or 2 packages in front of you versus a whole jar and a spoon.

Well my rule about foods I have trouble moderating is that I have to use a proper measure with them. So I don't go at peanut butter with a spoon but with a tbsp measure. I have little cups and lids I can use to make perfect portions. I just need to get with it.

But it remains to be seen if there will be a next jar so...

You are stronger than I. I stand there with a jar an and a licking spoon. Or a finger. Sometimes a finger.

Even I the "prince of peanut butter" use a tiny spoon and then close up and put away the jar.

You've never seen Fiber One brownies in the store?

They are ok. I mean for a vehicle for Fiber they are damn good. Compared to traditional brownies...ennnnhhh...

I've seen Fiber One bars, but that was pre-op.  I don't look for those types of things post op.  I was hoping it was something homemade that could be de-sugarified.

That's a word.
