Random poll: soap operas?
I watched Y&R for years. From childhood to my 30's before I gave it up. I catch a bit now and then...Victor must be 150 I can't believe he is still alive much less on the show. 
Broke my heart when they canceled All My Children. I hadn'****ched it in awhile but my mother was a huge fan and never missed it. Loved, loved, looooved, Erica Kane. With Liz Taylor dying it seemed that so many things & people she loved have slipped away.
Some of my favorite memories as a kid of 5 or 6 is staying with my grandmother and everyday it was As The World Turns. Noon. Her "stories'.

I have watched OLTL and GH since the 60's....yes, I am that old.....I am still ticked that they canceled OLTL earlier this year !! I watched Dark Shadows back in the day...so I went to see the movie recently.....was not disappointed ! Loved it ! I am getting back into B&B this summer. I used to watch 5 different soaps when I was a stay at home Mom 30 years ago! Had withdrawals when I became a working woman !! Thank goodness that VCR's and now DVR were invented !! ;).
