Dinner? Friday!

Someone explain to me how I don't have my own kids but I DO have someone else's?

Because I am a pushover, that's why. I have my two nephews (4 and 3) and my neice (almost 2) this evening. I take them back early tomorrow though. The plan: take them to the playground until it gets dark...wear their little butts out. Stop for some McNuggets on the way home...turn on Spongebob once in the house and HOPE they all fall asleep.

Is that idealistic?

Anyhoo I think dinner will be scrambled eggs and cheese. Forgot to thaw my shrimp. Or maybe a veggie eggchilada. 

Here's what else I had today:

1. Handful of granola
2. Click Frapp
3. TVP tuna on apple slices
4. A Skinny Cow candy bar thingie (120 cals)
5. Some Proti-diet protein tomato soup
6. Some Skinny cow caramel-pecan clusters (yeah...not a good look...but to my credit, also 120 cals)

After dinner if I get hungry again I will have a green salad with some ranch.

i have no idea, my day has been very odd. i'm glad i threw a protein bar in my purse or i wouldn't have had lunch.

I'm thinking some cantaloupe and cheese. boring but light. Or maybe protein pancakes, i'll have to see how much protein i need left in the day.

B: Chobani Strawberry Banana Yogurt
S: Protein Shake
L: 3 slices deli roast beef, 1 slice swiss cheese, a couple of slices of tomato and a few thinly sliced cucumber pieces
S: I've been very good today, so I may treat myself to 1/2 of a whole wheat english muffin with some peanut butter
D: a bit of grilled pork chop and some cottage cheese
S: A string cheese and a couple of crackers if I feel like I really need something. I almost never have an after dinner snack.

 I was thinking about going all liquid today to bust some of this sticky weight off. If I can't hold out, I'll cook up the tofu-mushroom-zucchini stir fry I had planned.

You're taking care of a 2, 3, and 4-year-old? Good luck wearing them out. In my long-ago experience, they just get more wound up. Try turning up the heat in the house to 90. If you slipped a tablespoon of bourbon in their cocoa, no one would know.

Oh those skinny cow bars are too yummy! I had one a few weeks ago. I have no idea what I am eating for dinner. I am making my meaty cheesy tot casserole and probably shouldn't have any but I probably will. LOL.

Here is what i had/ will have today:

Breakfast .......fresh strawberrys with a little equal sprinkled on them, mixed with some cottage cheese, altogether about 6 oz......so yummy

lunch...... pita with 1 1/2 slices of bacon in it,  little bit of shredded cheese, dipped in marinara sauce.......my version of bacon pizza.

couple bites of cole slaw

Dinner.....slow roasted pork loin, and zuccini and onions cooked in a little olive oil.

I have picked at a watermelon thru out the day, and water water water

Had:

16 oz skim milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese bake
4 RF Wheat Thins
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 SF popsicle

Dinner:  1/2 cup beef stroganoff sauce (boo...I miss the rice!)

Snack:  1 SF popsicle

Kind of an up and down day......was on  the road at clients most of the day so food was in the car.
B: Fage 0% with 1/2oz. walnuts
S: 2oz grapes (popped too fast so felt kind of  yucky for a bit)
L: protein bar
S: 1/2oz toasted almonds
S: low fat Cabot cheese stick
D: TJ's salmon "burger" baked with homemade 0% fat tatziki (sp?)- would have been much better with fresh dill
S: maybe weigh****chers snack size fudgecicle,,,45 calories

Hate eating in the car...part of the reason i got to 321lbs. But now i have a bag with my own choices instead of stopping at the handiest fast food joint.

Dinner wasn't too bad.  almond crusted flounder, spinach and pinto beans.  Flounder was really dense so I have a bit leftover for tomorrow.  Now, however, i am mulling over a greek yogurt.
