I didn't see the thread. If it exists, sorry!

Today got off to a good start. Got up early and took a 2 mile walk (my June pledge is fulfilled for the week!), came home and fixed myself lunch and now I'm at work.

This evening I'll hit the gym. I figure I have all this time now so why not?

Eats:

1. A few bites of granola when I got home from my walk
2. Click Frappe
3. Lemon-pepper tilapia with steamed zucchini, squash and onions
4. Probably some hot Click later this afternoon
5. Shrimp and Eggs
6. NSA fudgesicle

Well, Kitten, I have a LOT of time on my hands with the divas gone to their dad's to the summer. I also have a big loss and lots of life changes to process. In my estimation there are a few ways I could deal with all that:

- I could eat a lot (don't wanna do that)
-I can become an emotional mess (and get on my own damn nerves)
-Or I could walk it out (hey!)

So I'm trying to go with option 3. :)

I'll continue to report on how it goes.

I woke up at 4:30 with a slammin' headache. Took something and went back to bed until the alarm went off. It's better but still there. I ate a piece of dark chocolate with my coffee hoping it would help. Sometimes it does:

Food:
Coffee, dark Dove chocolate
B - 2 boiled eggs, 2 strips of bacon

Don't know about the rest of the day...

It's going to be a long day since I only got two hours of sleep.  I'm waiting for my daughter to bring my granddaughter for a few days.  I've already got her little sister here for the summer.  The older one has to much going on to spend the summer so we see her in short visits.  I have a luncheon at 11:00 so don't know what my food choices will be yet.  The club always has two or three choices of meat on the buffet so I know I'm eating meat.

This has been a good week for me for the most part.  Still working on the emotional me, but somehow I think that is going to be a forever thing.  It's a rainy day and though I have energy, I really just felt like staying curled up in bed and dozing all day long, but up and at'em and at work, my eats as I know them so far

B:  Protein Shake + Coffee
L:  Mushroom Salami pizza I made..with a carbquick crust..I don't like the crust so..back to the drawing board, but will eat the toppings.
AS:  Probably nothing as I forgot it
D:  Pork Cutlet with saurkraut I think so far..no idea this could change.

Food hasn't had the best appeal for me this week, struggling to eat, though somehow my calories are still fine so dunno..

Anyways, hope all you wonderful people have a great day all around

What did you not like about the CQ crust?

I find that stuff has a twang in it that can be hard to cover up.

I put oregano, garlic and Thyme in it when I mixed it and that seemed to help with the taste a little, , but it doesn't crisp up in the middle at all.  I think I am going to have to precook it at least somewhat before adding the toppings and then broil it.  Maybe not use mushrooms since they are also so wet.  It is better cold but still to soggy
