Jealous! I want to see it. Glad you had a good time. We all deserve a treat or two every once in a while!

Why to I have images of Lora dressed up as a naughty witch for Halloween?

LOL.  Well, I am definitely more Elphaba than Glinda the good witch, and one of my favorite lines from the show was when Elphaba is with Fiyero and after a sultry song confesses that for the first time she really feels "wicked"!  I did, however, pick up a low-cut serving wench costume on clearance last year...

I love, love, love Wicked.  I have seen it twice in Memphis and my daughter and I are going to New York in July for a wedding and got tickets to see Wicked on Broadway.  I can't wait!

I saw it 2 weeks ago Saturday on Broadway and loved it as well!  I am a fan of Edina Menzel but I think what was better about the live show with Donna Vivino was more emotion in the songs.  I don't know if the recording was done in a studio but it wasn't nearly as expressive as the actor actually running around the stage and 'acting' in the plot.   Very great show though!!!

The only Broadway show I've seen twice.  Once with my wife when Menzel and Chenoweth starred, and once with my wife an three kids when they were replaced. I cannot imagine anyone doing it better than Menzel and Chenoweth. They were brilliant.

I have only seen Menzel in various video clips and on the Tony awards (and I have the soundtrack), but I really thought Dwyer's voice was more lyrical for the solos.  I would agree that I cannot imagine anyone topping Chenoweth individually or in duet with Menzel, though. Menzel and Chenoweth together is a wonderful sound!  Wish I had been able to see them live...
