What's for dinner - Tuesday!

 Finally, FINALLY I seem to have had a reasonable eating day to report. Yay!

For dinner I’m not sure. I’m so resistant to dinner it’s not even funny. But I’m down one kid so I don’t have to worry about making anything too big and fussy. My original plan was to do Cajun tilapia with squash. Somehow I am not feeling that plan.

The elder kid will eat tuna. I am thinking maybe I will make her some tuna and me some…??? D’oh!

Anyway, here’s what else I had today:

1.      -A few slices of cucumber and a handful of Fiber One

2.     - Click Frapp

3.      -Taco casserole and a 100-calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels

4.    -  I may have my apple on the way home

Tonight I am sorting out the girls clothes for their summer exodus and making a list of everything the younger needs to go to camp this weekend.

today for:

breakfast I had a couple of bites of sugar-free jello

lunch: more sugarfree jello

and in between i am trying to drink a protein shake

dinner:; will be sugar free jello and more protein drink

oh and all day long--water

 Chicken zucchini rolly-uppy thing.

Nik - off topic.  How do you clean your armbands for your BMF?  What do you use, how do you use it... etc?  I washed one of mine with mild soap one day when I was showering and it seems to have stretched it out a little bit.  Not sure if it was the soap, the water or the way I hung it to dry...

 Well I have several that I rotate. But I do the same as you. I haven't notice that mine stretched but because of my wings I have to secure it pretty tight to activate it so I guess maybe I am accustomed to pulling it really tight no matter what.

 Hmmm... I have two that I use.  One for workouts cuz it gets sweatier, and one for everyday use.  But I'm sitting here realizing I forgot my workout one and am heading to the gym from work.  Meaning I'll sully my "cleaner" one with stink.

It has been one of "those" days, but my eats aren't horrible. Helped my mom, then carried in / put away their groceries, had lunch, then worked out with my very patient and encouraging trainer, shower, push-up competition (told my trainer we should have done that BEFORE the workout!), work, support group, back to wor****il midnight.
Dinner depends on how long I have between support group and needing to get back to work.

B - scrambled egg, 1/2 slice deli ham, 1/2 slice swiss
L - rotisserie chicken, stovetop stuffing (like chewing cotton), fresh green beans
S - 1/2pc P28 w/ peanut butter
- other 1/2 P28 & peanut butter (total 1Tbs PB)
D - either leftover Nik's Chicken Pot Pie or leftover rotisserie chicken; veggies with either one
S - turkey pepperoni / cheese
- cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit

 B-2eggs
L- 5 shrimp ans a scoop of taco meat with cheese and sour cream
S-sliced cheddar
S-handful of almonds
D-either baked ham or a replay of lunch
S-carb smart ice cream bar

I go meet my personal trainer after dinner tonight, I'm excited, and a little scared!

 My meals today:

Breakfast: 2 ounces of sliced chicken with some cooked tomatoes in juice
Lunch: Half a MorningStar veggie "sausage" patty with some cheese

For dinner, I will eat the second half of the patty with some cottage cheese. 

So far, 32 ounces of water.

Breakfast was a coffee protein shake
Lunch and snacks were 2 grilled chicken tenders left over from last night with some cantaloupe chunks
Dinner will be deer roast with roasted veggies....smells delish!!

I have done protein shakes all day.....super tired and lazy.

Tonight for dinner will be:

1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt, with 2 fresh strawberries, a bit of SF strawberry peserves topped with fiber one. I might add a tsp of PB too. I don't know yet.

Snack maybe-cheese stick. I don't think it will be happening though. I am having a small pouch day.
