Down 21 lbs Post-op

 Wow - I just had to let everyone know about my excitement of getting on the scale this morning and being a total of 53 lbs since I started this Journey! 32 lbs I lost pre-op and now I've lost a total of 21 lbs post op and I'm 3 weeks out.  I don't expect the scale to drop so dramatically every week but it's a great start!  

My dad made a comment to me - just think of it this way - you lost a 8 year old kid in weight.  WOWZER Dad is right!  

Some day's are better then other's and my energy doesn't feel nearly back to the way it was but I'm getting there one day at a time.  

I also want to say thanks to all my Surgery buddies for the Month of May - I'm proud of you all!

Your doing great, keep it up. Watch out for the 3 week stall. I had one, but back losing now. By this time next year just think, you can lay out on the beach and rust....If you live here in Western Washington. Congrats!!!!

 WOW good job!! :) im 1 week out and down 9 lbs im sure ill stall out but still its CRAZY how it just comes off?! keep up the good work

I was May 22nd and down 21 as well.    I stalled all of last week, then dropped 7 lbs over the weekend.  Just about fell off the scale.  Loving it! 

Congratulation! This is surely not easy at all. You deserve to be proud.

you go girl thats great and we are proud of you !  i lost 15lbs the first week post op then was on the scale second week and it weren,t movin i was like stay away fom the scale and yesterday i hoped on it 6 more lbs yay 21 pounds post op !  i feel like i,m getting a second chance on life and this web site is the greatest support group family i have found thank you all !
