What are you eating/doing today? Saturday!

Got up and did a 1/2 hour pilates class and a one hour vinyasa yoga class, then did some upper body strength training. Was feeling wierd and not quite right, yep and now have cramps too. Fun, fun stuff!

Then my niece called and wanted to know if I wanted to go hiking. Sure, so we climbed a local mountain and did some power walking when we ended up at the wrong trail head!

B: choc shake
L: tuna sandwich, honey mustard pretzels
S: Quest protein bar
S: ice cream sandwich
D: chicken, brown rice, veggies
S: popcorn, cheese/pepperoni

Great day. Tommorrow lawn work, kayaking, and relaxing. WooHoo...love the weekends.

 Breakfast- 1 hashbrown from McDonalds
 Lunch- cesear salad with shrimp
 Dinner- grilled salmon with crab imperial

I usually do 2 one hour Zumba classes on Saturday mornings but today I took my darling duo to the zoo. I walked up and down hills pushing a double stroller with two 30+ pound girls for 2 1/2 hours.

ugh
I ended up huge amount of carbs so for dinner I had a quest and for snack I had a quest.... barely made my 100g protein with those!! I gotta go home and go to bed to stop my hand to mouth exercises

Breakfast:  Quest cinnamon bun protein bar

later:  PB Click 

Late lunch - early dinner
finally found a place to have crab by the dozen...my husband and I split half a dozen Maryland crabs...I had two with a couple of steamed mussels

Snack:  sugar free cinnamon dolce latte

late snack during hockey game:
celery with peanut butter
a few too many spicy potato chips
a few bits of a brownie

Having another Bottomless Pouch day.

I just want to eat and eat and eat. God, it won't let up!

Jimmy Deans D-Lite bowl - eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, potatoes
Four squares of cheese pizza
1 slice zucchini cake with lemon glaze
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on low carb toast
4 chipotle pita chips
No sugar added Blueberry Popsicle
6 Ritz crackers with 3/4 cup tuna salad
Atkins mudslide bar

Just craziness. So much food today. And if I don't go to bed soon, I'll want to eat more.
