What are you eating/doing today? Friday!
Last night was power yoga and I was greatly disappointed. I know sometimes people get sick, and need subs, but I also know that I only go to certain instructor's classes for a reason. And last night and monday night reminded me why. There was a sub both nights. And I kid you not, the EXACT SAME mixed level flow both nights. For a hot power class. She was like "Oh, my, I can't believe it's so hot and sweaty in here... we can't do what I planned to do because we'll just slip and slide around..." Bah. I came out more annoyed at the inconvenience of a missed workout than I should have. I'm hitting double yoga Saturday morning to make up for it. I didn't even break a sweat last night at all.
Okay. Breathe.
Bottle of water on the way to work, ho****er with lemon when I got here. Need to get in 48 oz water by lunch (it'll be close, but maybe) and then another 48 after lunch.
B - 0% Fage, cherries and strawberries, with splenda.
s - decaf with creamer and splenda
L - oh lookie here... leftover Taco Casserole. I've still got like 7 more servings in the fridge. I think I'm going to try to wrap them in foil and freeze them.
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein in water
D - no idea. Maybe out to eat, although we do have a TON of leftovers to use up.
I need to tackle laundry and my bedroom and bathroom tonight. So maybe a run this evening if I'm not up to my ears in cleaning.
Double yoga tomorrow morning - yeah!

I have a food saver machine. Thing pays for itself in a post-op home pretty quick.

D: chicken, brown rice, veggies
Late night tonight, late piano lesson, late exercise, early yoga tomorrow. But that's good, it gets me up and going and feeling SUPER about the weekend. Cao!

For two days, I have been a bottomless pit. Omg, I feel like if I opened my mouth wide enough, I could eat the world. So ravenous.
This morning I had a cup of coffee at the Y and an Atkins bar.
I just got home from my therapy session (which went better than usual, yay!) and my stomach is absolutely growling and angry. So I'm going to make a Lean Cuisine for lunch.
I'll probably have a cheese stick and some beef jerky for a snack.
Dinner will be more tuna salad with avocado on an english muffin...maybe with some cheese. Mmm.

I'm ovulating. I won't start for another two weeks or so.
So crazy. I just want to eat and eat and eat. And it's real hunger, not head hunger. I hope it goes away soon, ug.

During my "bariatric adolesence" I gave myself the "weekend off" RNY. I didn't gain any weight as a result (didn't lose any either which is why I concluded from my rebellion that I was probably at my set point weight-wise).
Good thing about me (and it seems you are this way too) is I get hungry but I eat good stuff. I know too much is still too much but...at least it's not crap.

Oh yeah, I'm not afraid of food. If I'm hungry, I'm gonna eat, and lately, it's been a lot. But I keep it relatively healthy (I mean, really, a Lean Cuisine isn't the BEST option out there).
And even if I eat junk (like a Sonic cheeseburger) I can't eat much of it. I hit the drive through two days ago, and a single cheeseburger was my lunch and dinner.
I'm also a bit dehydrated, which could be adding to that hngry feeling, so I'm sucking down the liquids today.
