I drink my shake on the way to the gym usually... nothing fancy, but I did mush up the banana when I added it, or put it all in the blender

ok... I'll try something different in the morning, I have a 5k.

  And I HAVE noticed a very strong ammonia smell once or twice.... didn't know where it ws coming from, just hoped nobody thought I had peed myself!!  LOL

Good Morning Everyone!

My stall has FINALLY broken!!!  I feel like streaking around the block in celebration, but considering I'm a slow runner, I'd prob end up in jail so I will resist the urge...I did however do a cart wheel on my front lawn!

My eats today

B: protein frapp
L: Indian style turkey burger w/ 100 calorie sandwhich Thin (BTW, Nik I need to send you this reciepe, it is AWESOME)
S1:  greek yogurt
S2: 1/2 protein bar
D: Indian style turkey burger w/ 100 calorie sandwhich Thin
S3: greek yogurt and fruit
HW & SW: 363     Surgery date: 8/22/11

 I used to love cartwheels!  In yoga I can do handstands, headstands, arm balances, binds, etc... but I am still terrified to try a cartwheel in the yard.  I'm totally gonna do it today!

 I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Click protein in the mail.....you weren't kidding- ADDICTING!

I have a long day a ehad of me- heading to the Red Sox tonight and I am allowing myself a Fenway Frank so I am keeping that in mind w/ my food choices today.

Breakfast- Protein shake
Lunch- no clue- probably yogurt and a peach- that was my lunch yesterday and it was YUMMY!!
Snack- most likely a protein bar so I am not tempted by the crap at the park
Dinner- Fenway Frank- not sure what they do to them but they are YUMMY!
Snack- depending on how my days goes maybe another protein shake?

breakfast - Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries

snack - strips of bell peppers with hummus

lunch - protein shake (not sure what kind, I just got some new stuff delivered this morning and I can't decide what to try first)

snack - I'm thinking roasted chickpeas

dinner - maybe more bell peppers and hummus, I'm loving that lately

snack - protein bar maybe?

 Hi Nikki

I am glad you are enjoying your new home ande the lake near your house.  We love our new house...it is so peaceful with wonderful places to walk and lots of wildlife...we see deer every day.  

We are off today and taking our dogs to a new vet soon and check out their boarding facility since we are going to a concert in Virginia at the end of the month.  One of the many things I don't like about moving is finding all new Dr.'s, etc.  

So far just a homemade sugar free latte and half a coconut cashew Quest protein bar.

Later I will have a iced Click protein shake with extra espresso powder added.

For dinner I am planning on a herb roasted pork tendeloin with a lemon dijon sauce with sauteed baby zucchini and maybe a couple of tortellini.

I have everything planned but dinner...

Breakfast - mint cookie protein shake
Snack - lemon Chobani
Lunch - egg salad on a sandwich thin
Snacks - cottage cheese and cocoa roasted almonds
Dinner - ??  I have some turkey kielbasa at home so it may involve that
