What's for dinner - Wednesday!

 Oh how I have missed my old ladies!!!

I will see them tonight at church dinner. Yay! I will eat whatever they feed me, bless their hearts.

Here's what else I had today:

1. Sausage Egg McMuffin
2. Greek yogurt w/ a sliced up peach
3. A ginormous rainbow salad (meaning veggies of every color) w/ grilled chicken on top
4. Three squares of dark chocolate

Yes, yes, I can eat a lot. I am ok with that though. And I am fine with folks eating vicariously through me. You may submit your requests at will but I reserve the right to deny them all!

Anyhoo...what's on YOUR plate today?

Oh...the sausage mcmuffin sounds good!  LOL.  Anyhow, here's what I've had today:

B:  1/2 cup LF cottage cheese 
S:  3 oz diced peaches packed in water
L:   8 oz skim milk
      2.5 oz tuna fish with 1 tbsp miracle whip light
S:   1/4 cup Kraft cheese crumble

I still have at least another 8 oz of milk to drink, but have no idea what I'm going to do
for dinner.  Thinking about trying a couple baked steak fries and baked chicken nuggets.
If not and feeling lazy, then maybe I'll heat up some leftover cottage cheese bake.

Not that much of an appetite today, made my pouch not happy last night and still cannot figure out what I did or ate that would do that. So this is what I have had today. I am just about 5 weeks out and sooooo ready to be out of the pureed stage!

B - a couple ounces weight control oatmeal
L - 3.5oz bean & bacon soup - didn't sit that well....
S - 4oz protein shake
D - prob a piece of tilapia
S - prob another protein shake


Where can I get some of your yummy recipes I see everyone talking about??

Tonight I'm having some rotisserie chicken with green beans.

My other meals consisted of protein shake, greek yogurt, steak and salad, and a string cheese.

I stayed up till 5:00 a.m. working in my closet so I didn't roll out of bed till noon.

Lunch:  Turkey bacon and tomato  lettuce wrap.
Dinner:  Spagetti squash with leftover turkey eggplant casserole on it.

Hi Nik and everybody!

Long time no post (or blog for that matter)...

I am well, working hard and keeping up with eating right (for the most part, I do have my moments-but I weigh the same, so that's good).

Today was a great day for me, here are my eats:

B: Tomato, spinach and one egg scrambled and stuffed into an 80 calorie tortilla with a pinch of lf mozzerella cheese.
Snack: One of eggfaces crepes with banana and pecan topping
Lunch: Coconut chicken with Raita
snack: 4 oz shrimp and ****tail sauce
Supper: Spicy Ginger Pork and peppers (1/2 cup) w/1/2 cup brown rice.  YUM!
snack: sugar free pudding snack and fruit

I have had a good day overall. Yuck doctor appointment so I took the whole day off work. Since I was off work I scheduled the last part of my photo session for this evening. It is storming. So now my plan involves going to bed by 8pm

D - leftover Nik's Tuna Burgers, tomato, veggies... of some sort

 Okay, greek turkey meatballs are waiting since no one had any tzatziki and I NEEDS me some tzatziki.

Where's that darn taco casserole recipe?  Off to find it.
