What's for dinner? Tuesday!

I had:

B: Banana/Apple Juice smoothie
L: 1/3 c. Mexican noodle-less lasagna
S: 1/4 c. yogurt
D: 3 oz. Tilapia with 1 oz. Sweet Potato

I normally would eat a little more at lunch but I had 2 fillings this morning and my mouth was sore :(

Such a blah day! Hoping tomorrow is a little brighter.

Breakfast- Nectar Peach and a large coffee

Lunch- work lunch- Pork Place from El Pelon- about 1/4 c pulled pork, 1/4 cup refried beans and I had 3 slices of fried plantains

Snack- 10 sugar free chocolate covered peanuts

Dinner- lunch leftovers- pork and refried beans

Snack- 1/2 sf no sugar added klondike bar

 1 fried egg w/ shredded cheddar, 3 strips of turkey bacon
 1 piece of baked chicken and steamed broccoli
  handful of grapes
 1 beef short rib and corn on the cob
