What's for dinner? Tuesday!

Nothing for me for a while. I'm about to hit the gym and run off the waffle fry extravaganza I had at a co-workers farewell party (damn Chick-Fil-A).

When I do have something it'll likely be a protein shake. Le sigh.

Here's what else I had today:

1. Click Frappe
2. Taco casserole and a few strawberries
3. Some chicken nuggets, waffle fries and a bit of a cheesecake dessert (ugh!)

I can still pull out good stats today if I work my ass off in the gym and keep my head on straight this evening. I tell you this is a daily fight!

What's on YOUR plate tonight?

I am SO proud of the work I did in the gym, my trainer said I am "excelling" in progress. I JOGGED A MILE!! THEN I did box jumps, AND I did 3 sets of 50 jump ropes (along with other stuff... but those are my monster obstacles).
Then I headed into work for a lot of not good news. One of my team members passed away last night. Triggered lots of thoughts of just a couple of months ago me having to do CPR on a coworker who ended up passing.
But I JOGGED a MILE! (11min)

B - scrambled egg w/ shrimp, pepper, cheese, P28 toast
L - Nik's Cajun Tuna Burgers, green beans, fresh tomato
S - watermelon
- Quest
D - steak, steamed squash, green beans, tomato
S - cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit

( did I mention I jogged a mile???)

Um...and may I add that you jogged a mile in DAMN good time. 11 minutes is great!

Um... 1 mile in 11 minutes is around 5 miles per hour.  That qualifies as running, not jogging!  :)

I am struggling almost daily right now.....
B-3 cold meatballs left over from yesterday
L- chipped steak with loads of mushrooms and some cheese
Heres where it goes bad
S- bag of sun chips
S-slice of lemon pound cake in the work kitchen
S-string cheese
D- 2 slices of a 12in frozen pizza
S-couple slices of cheddar and a handful of pretzels

I will struggle not to eat anything again before bed. I will have a cup of coffee in a bit, hopefully that will curb the munches.

I seem to derail after lunch every day. I am not gaining, but I know I will if I don't get a handle on this.

So there it is, it's ugly but honest!

Meatloaf is in the oven.  I used up some leftover grilled squash and zucchini, worchestershire sauce, and a can of fat free cream of mushroom soup.  I was just winging it with what I had.  Hopefully it won't taste like ass.  I'm making some sort of pasta side for the family to go with it.
