 I had an early Dr appt so my breakfast came late at 1030..and at panda express...geez

B: Beef from a small serving of broccoli beef and chicken from a small serving of chicken w/string beans..I ate a few bites of the veggies

L: Tuna Salad w/1 slice of bread

D: Turkey Taco minus the tortilla 

S: Skinny Cow truffle ice cream bar

Mm, a tuna burger sounds really yummy.

I had a Salisbury Steak Lean Cuisine. Super busy day, didn't really want to cook.

I'm working on a gazillion itsy bitsy, teeny tiny chocolate elephants for a company called Phunkshun Wear. They're created with a toothpick, they're so small. About the size of my thumbnail. They're so incredibly absorbing and time consuming, it's hard to put them down and actually do anything else.

B: cottage cheese with NSA peaches
S: protein shake
L: grilled chicken over romaine with lime cilantro dressing (ate 1/2 chicken and a few bites of salad)
S: chobani apple cinnamon yogurt
S: protein shake (trying to get in two shakes a day)
D: string cheese, deviled egg and 1 slice of ham

look under pureed foods and you will find ricotta bake.  My stomach couldn't handle
ricotta before surgery, so I switched the ricotta to cottage cheese.  I'm hooked!  And...
it's super high in protein.

Last night I had an early dinner. For dinner I had.

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt mixed with 1 tbs of PB and fresh strawberries. Topped with a handful of Fiber One cereal.

The rest of night went downhill from there! Granted everything I ate was "healthy" but totally over ate. I was in graze mode all night.....The sad thing was I wan't even hungry. Just eating to eat. UGH!! But it all makes sense now....TOM

2 PB Fiber One bars
more strawberries
5 baked Sour Cream and Onion Lays
