Anyone got a good recipe for falafel?

Yes, I am also going to look it up on the interwebz but I thought I'd ask here too cuz I know some folks jazz up their recipes.

I'm having a BIG craving for Mediterranean food. But I am broke so I'm not getting it from a restaurant. I THINK I have everything I need to make falafel (I know I got everything for hummus including, amazingly, tahini!). I figure this should satisfy the craving although some stuffed grape leaves would be nice too.

Anyhoo...recipes?

Nik,
I will try and get you an authentic recipe for falafal along with any other Lebanese food recipes that you would like.
My family is part Lebanese and part French! My son went to an engagement party yesterday and low and behold both of the mothers of the bride and the groom were Lebanese! There were so many leftovers that my son stopped by our house and dropped off a ton of food!
I did have 1 grapeleaf, a pice of lamb and the insides of a spinache pie...Heaven!
