blah, I can't find my cell phone
I work as a manager in a call center for Verizon Wireless for the last 10 years. You should just hear the kinds of crazy stories I hear people calling in about sometimes. I just shake my head. On the flip side I have been able to assist in 3 situations over the years to send police to someone whos call was routed into us (I'm in collections so the calls get routed to us when they are suspended for non pay) and the women on the other end were being beaten by a spouse. I would put up with a million crazy calls just to have helped in those 3 instances.
Glad you found your phone Kelly.

A couple of possible solutions. I use a colored wrist strap that fit's into the corner of my cell phone. I put a yellow nylon wrist strap on my wife's phone. Make the phone easier to notice. If you have the habit of turning it off, that makes it more difficult to find. I've seen these "locator devices" that I've considered buying in the past. My wife is forever losing her glasses, her keys and her phone. These locators are quarter sized recievers you attach to the item you lose. Then you have a larger remote (so you can find it) with coded buttons. Push a specific button and you'll hear a tone of the reciever if the item is within 50-60 ft. One easy solution to a frustrating problem. DAVE

I blame them. They don't even have the decency to feel guilty about it, though.
