What's for dinner - Wednesday!

I just realized I can’t go to church dinner (again!) cuz the maintenance man is coming through to look at the A/C. Sigh…   OH! Guess what?????????????????????   Just found out we are CLOSING ON THE GOTDAMN MOTHERFLIPPITY HOUSE TOMORROW!!!!! Omg. I NEED to be rid of this house. There are still a few details to attend to but you know what? It’s almost over!   Dinner…uh…not sure. I have some of that already prepped chicken in the fridge so may just make a quick stir fry or sumpin for the kids. Maybe an egg scramble for me. That’s about as far as I’ve gotten. Here’s what else I’ve had today:   1. Egg beaters, sausage patty, slice of cheese on a slice of 12-grain bread 2. A McDonald’s Southwest Salad 3. A packet of PB crackers    So whatever I have, I’ve used up my starch allotment for the day. But I’m not too concerned with that.   Anyhoo, what’s on YOUR plate?

Today has been really good... I did miss a nap though, so I am already dragging and have 8hrs left at work. Woo. Hoo.
Up around 9, helped my mom for a while then swam 416yds, treaded water for 6min. By the time I had lunch and helped my mom again it was time to shower and get ready for work. Gonna be a looooong night.

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - tilapia w/ cheese and onions, steamed cabbage and squash
S - quest
D - was thinking tuna and veggies, but that tilapia was really good - so one or the other with veggies
S - cottage cheese and SF Jello w/ fruit

I have a few turkey pepperoni left and a LC cheese if I need / want it.

Something chicken, probably stir fry as I bought colored bell peppers which were reduced, some rice for the kids and salad for the hubbers and myself.
I am considering popcorn later tonight as a snack----I have been craving it for 4 or 5 days.

Hang in there Nik, you are almost done!!!!!!

 Taco truck Wednesday!!
The tacos are 2 bucks and fill me up. The boy will eat 2 or 3. We will get out of there for under ten bucks.
Later I am making sugar free meringues....a recipe I found of Shari's during my cruising of her posts.
The whole batch is 35 calories and sugar free..whooooooooooooo

 I'm still struggling a little with food. It's such a chore right now.

Breakfast: 1/2 container of Quaker Real Medley's Summer Medley Oatmeal

Lunch: 2 oz of chicken and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar

Snack: Protein Squared Bar (and I feel a little nauseous)

Dinner: Going to make taco meat (with ground turkey) and try NIC'S EGGCHILDA  with a little greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cheddar on top.  I'll probably only be able to eat half but they look SO GOOD!

Snack: If I can manage, I'm going to fit in a protein shake because I'm definitely deficient today

I can't wait to get to  a point where I can enjoy a salad.  I'm doing ok with the bread, pasta and rice and actually feel better for NOT eating it but I really miss salad :-(

 I read your not naughty words as naughty ones in my head and they made me giggle.

I'm sitting here in a haze of post workout bliss, sitting in a pool of my own sweat, slowly getting colder and colder and colder.  I hit the gym immediately after work.  Ran 3.6 miles and biked 2.5.  Hellz yeah.  I feel awesome.  Came home and Amazon had delivered my bag of Mint Cookie protein and my new pretty girly pink Blender Bottle.  Even better.  Now if only the key fob for my Murano will start working again my life will be complete.  The kids took my car to Six Flags and had an incident with my keys, a coke, and a backpack...

Dinner?  Zucchini.  I don't know what else, but I have that stuff coming out of my ears.  I have TWO the size of my forearm that I let go a day or two too long.  Probably some chicken.  Maybe some steak.  Both are thawed in the fridge.  Kid wants burgers so that's a possibility too... I have some tasty looking garden tomatoes that would be yummy sliced on top of a bunless patty.

I need to go hit the shower now.
