Does anyone know about Tori or have a way to contact her?

I am still puzzled and a bit worried by Tori's sudden deactivation, especially since it was right after her breast surgery. It seems so odd that she would just up and disappear without a word. Has anyone heard from her? Does anyone have an email address or a phone number that they can use to contact her, just to be sure she is ok?

Did she actually deactivate? She was very active in my challenges right before surgery and I've only seen one post from her since.
