What's for dinner - Tuesday!

Ok, so I have run into a road block.

I need to have a decaf Click Frapp as I need to get this review done. But I have reached my “sweet threshold" for the day. Don’t want nothin’ sweet, no ma’am, no sir! Ugh. C’mon taste buds…get with it!!!

I may just try to do it later in the evening and have a light snack of something savory. Either that or I will have to employ the “salt strategy." If I eat even a bite of something really salty it makes me crave sweet and then it’s all good. Either way, I need to get this review done tonight.

Anyhoo…here’s what else I had today:

B: Regular Click Frapp (perhaps this was my mistake too…trying to fit more than one in…being protein greedy I guess)

L: Leftover flatbread pizza from Uno’s (it was veggie. That is redeeming right?) It did not sit right and brought me absolutely no food joy. But I wasn’t hungry anymore so that’s something, right?

S: Coffee (mistake #2…coffee=sweet which really has my sweet monitor on overdrive)

Tonight I remembered that I promised my sister-in-law (go ahead…ask how I have a SIL and I am not married…I DARE you…just like I have several nieces and nephews although my lone sibling has but one newborn child, lol!) that I would let her do an insurance training with me. I assume this means she comes and tries to sell me insurance. Sadly, I already have several perfectly good policies and am not in the market for another. But she can get experience pitching if she wants.

So now that I have given you TMI about my life, what’s on YOUR plate today?

 Breakfast- 1 egg veggie omelet & turkey bacon

 Lunch- 1 beef rib, grilled asparagus, spoonful of potato salad (compliments of yesterdays cook out)

Dinner- crabs ($1 crab night around the corner)

I still feel cruddy today.  I'm getting ready to make a protein shake.  Later I might have some Greek yogurt.

I'm loving my sugar free praline syrup.  It's great in Greek yogurt.  It's also good in a Syntrax Nectar cappuccino protein shake, odd as that may sound.

 Maybe I'll do some salad. A bacon/bleu cheese salad sounds pretty good right about now. Grill some chicken for on top and we may just have a plan!

But that means I will be reviewing Click Decaf at midnight. Which, in all fairness, would be valid since the main appeal is the lack of caffeine = lack of caffeine buzz.

I dunno. We'll see.

 I made mac and cheese for the boy. I think it's the single best cheese sauce I've ever made.
I'm going to have a hot dog and a spoon of the mac and cheese.

I had another good day,.... but I am sure tired.
Forgot again that I didn't have to help my mom this morning so I got up about an hour before was needed. I guess that convinced my body I didn't get enough sleep, because I want to crawl under my desk for a nap!
Worked out with the trainer - did a mile of sprints!! Went up to 7.0!! I used to think 4.5 was a ridiculous speed! WOOT!

Another 6hrs at work....

B - WW Foldit toasted with 1Tbs peanut butter
L - quest
S - quest
D - scrambled egg w/ shrimp, pepper and cheese (and probably fresh tomato)
S - either cottage cheese and sf jello w/ fruit or turkey pepperoni w/ LC cheese

Or both.
