Synthroid absorption differences?

My endocrinologist told me even changing pharmacies can affect synthroid absorption.

RNY on 11/16/11
Labs 3 months ago, TSH was 2.something. now 4.9! Before surgery levels were normal for 13 years. I'm exhausted all the time. I take Levothyroxine. Think I will insist on getting Synthroid if my levels don't go down.
  Surgery 11/16/11.  HW 267.5; SW 250.1; Pre-op wt. 195.5; CW 126  GW 140-160
