Breakfast- Protein drink
Lunch- Fage yogurt w/SF Strawberry preserves
Dinner- Mixed baby salad green with 1 tablespoons of tuna salad and red wine vinegarette.
I have been trying to do alot better with getting food in...everything nauseates me!
I make sure that I get my vitamins and my water in also.

Very bad food day for me. Just worked out that way.

B-cheese and whole wheat crackers.
L-small tortilla with 1/4 of shredded pork with cheese. I ate about 3/4 of it.
D-a tablespoon of potatoes, Our first picking of squash from our garden. About a tablespoon. Lastly about a tablespoon of fresh from the garden steamed swiss chard.

I know I only had about 18 grams of protein today but I loved the fresh veggies. Not enough room in the pouch to share the room with meat. I had to eat the first pickings.
