So what's for dinner?
Right now I am sitting in my dining room, which is the only fully furnished room in the house, typing those note to you. As I am doing so I am trying NOT to fume over the fact that the damn cable company is trying to financially rape me. All these extra charges! I switched from DirecTV to cable(primarily because the kids wanted On Demand) and these people charge for EVERYTHING. I'm starting to see why DTV was rated #1 for customer satisfaction. They didn't nickel and dime me! It's not right when your cable bill is nearly as much as your car note. Hmph.
Anyhoo...
I could count the lunch meat roll-up I had a while ago as dinner. The stomach bug seems to have passed (it went in 24 hours or less with both the girls so I wasn't expecting it to take long to run its course). Now I'm in that weird after phase where I get hungry but feel kinda icky after I eat and have a perpetual weird taste in my mouth. I figure by tomorrow the Wonder Pouch will be back in business though.
For official dinner I think I'm about to fix up some Salisbury Steak with gravy, homemade mashed potatoes for the kids, probably just some brocolli for me.
Here's what else I had today:
1. Greek yogurt with Fiber One
2. A small McD's fry (bad Nikki! but starchy carbs sit soooo much better when I am sick to my stomach)
3. A lunch meat/string cheese roll-up
Wow..that's positively paltry for me. Yikes.
Anyway, what's on YOUR plate today>?

Dinner is gonna be my mom's homemade spaghetti bolognese! She's bringing some over for my birthday dinner, yay!!
Went out and got my hairs did today. I was going to go blonde, but decided to stick to my more natural ginger instead. She cut off 7 inches and cut in long bangs and layers, but it's sort of messy right now, so you can't really tell. The top looks so bright because I was standing in the sun. It's much more even IRL. :D

Congrats on being comfortably moved in!! We are moving out of our apartment in the next 2 weeks and I cant wait!!
Breakfast- 1/2 piece of 12 grain toast with "naturally more" crunchy peanut butter. Its super yummy peanut butter with flax seeds in it that make is extra crunchy. It's my "guilty pleasure".
Lunch- 1/2 piece of 12 grain bread with lowfat cheese grilled.
Afternoon snack- 1/2 of a grilled chik-fil-a grilled wrap with fat free honey mustard.
Dinner- The other 1/2 of the grilled wrap.
Mid-day snack was a Quest Bar.
And now I know why I have been hungry all day....Carbs, Carbs, Carbs. Carbs make me have the munchies and I didnt realize quite how many I consumed today. Caloric intake is ok, but has the potential to derail considering all I have eaten today. I think there is a run in my future (like in an hour!!!)
