Hope you keep feeling better and better!

This morning I put on some MORE laundry (I am single with no kids!! - but clearing out big clothes for the church). I am also trying to get my "hoarder" house cleaned up so I won't be ashamed to have an AC repairman come out. Supposed to be 95 over the next few days. Made lunch (Nik's Cajun Tuna burgers) for me and my parents.
Lunch then packing work clothes / meal so I can go straight to work from the gym - 1hr trainer workout today. Supposed to go to my nephew's concert tonight...

B - ummm. nothing.
L - Nik Cajun Tuna burger, steamed squash, green beans
S - P28 w/ Tbs Peanut butter
D - leftover Tuna burgers OR scrambled egg with shrimp/pepper/cheese
S - cottage cheese w/ sf jello and fruit
peppers and cheese

I just found out a week ago that I'm gluten intolerant.  For two months I have to go sugar free and no fruit for 3 weeks.  Just "narrows" the list of allowable foods a bit!

B: hot protein Isopure latte with one scoop mocha Click
L: bean soup with ham & cheese, yellow pepper strips
S: organic cheese stick
D: Fage plain greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, cinnamon bun protein powder - stir together - top with cinnamon and yum
S:  probably gluten free rice crackers and hummus

It's a lovely, cool, rainy day, a perfect day to go walking. (ahem...I'm looking at me, sluggard.)
I swam yesterday and didn't tear anything in my abdomen. It felt wonderful. My swimsuit is easier to put on and looks less like a sausage casing with flowers.

Goal: finish breakfast drink by 11:00. Vanilla English toffee coffee: 180 cal, 30g pro.
L 1:  Strawberry smoothie: 80 cal, 14g pro.
L 2:  I dunno. I'll be ravenous, so I hope I find something to eat. Refried beans would be nice, but I'll have to go to the store to get them. Must abduct a chef/shopper. 130 cal, 7g pro.
D:  Chicken with bottled curry sauce and nf yogurt, 1/4 cup veges: 320 cal, 35g pro.
S:  Protein cocoa: 80 cal, 14g pro.

Total: 790 cal, 100g protein.
Hmm...I should probably cut this down some. I don't usually count calories, but I'm not losing weight, so I thought I'd see if I was fooling myself. While 790 calories should be little enough to cause weight loss, it isn't. Curry sauce, you're off the island.

rainy day...love the rain, no need to water plants and gardens...yeah!

B: eggs/turkey sausage/cantaloupe
L: chicken salsa, squash, grape tomatoes
S: pistachios/cheese-tukey rollup
D: boca burger, crinkle fries, tomato/mozarella salads

Had PT on my shoulder and then ran across the street (well I actually drove) to the gym and did a zumba class. What fun! Came home and because I thought I was STARVED I made entirely too much dinner. So about 1/3 of what I made goes in the trash. Eyes totally bigger than stomach...
