What are you eating/doing today? Tuesday
Me? Probably not much. I got a 24 hour stomach bug and so the worst is over but my digestive system is clearly not happy.
Today I am at home and resting. Yesterday was HORRIBLE. My body wanted to sleep off this thing but I honestly was not tired so it was tough. I drifted in and out of fitful sleep amid stabbing stomach pains and waves of nausea.
Today I am doing soft foods. I actually woke up with the nausea gone and I was hungry so I ate some Greek yogurt (maybe not the best choice but there still isn't much in the new house). I hope I don't regret that.

Today I am going to try and get things together for our trip to the lake this weekend. Should be a good time with my sister and soon to be brother in law. Can't wait! And just a side note, I have a cute new retro style swim suit to wear Yay!

Stomach bug- yucky. Glad to hear you are feeling better and I hope nobody else in your house gets it! Make sure you get your fluids in....
I hit the gym this morning- ran, did some abs, rowing machine and the hip abducter/adducter machine. last night I asked my Body Pump Instructor for some ideas for my inner thighs and she recommended me doing that more and also another class CX Works. Anyone ever tried that one? I like to know what I am getting myself into ahead of time!

Lunch- left overs from a BBQ we had this weekend- grilled chicken and spicey bean dip.
Oh and Nik- I had a recipe I think people might **** do I just email you on BF?? The spicy bean dip has a been a hit for years and seems to be post op friendly.

B:protein frappe ( vanilla protein powder scoop, click mocha scoop, 1 tbsp of NSA hot cocoa powder, skim, and water/ice)
L: mint cookie protein shake probably
D: grilled chicken dipped in sriracha and a steamer bag of Brussels sprouts
Doing 2 shakes and a small meal all week to change it up and trick my body and maybe trigger some more weightloss :).

Spa chili...I will have to borrow that one. I don't do noodles. They make me feel yucky. I usually get myself a nice bowl of the sauce and load it down with parmesan and black pepper and go to TOWN!

Pouch / intestines ??? whatever ??? has been super sensitive to sugar and fats lately. I don't know why, but I used to be able to tolerate a single cookie, some limited fried foods, and other "naughty" items... but lately, I'm going to straight gut pain. :-( Me wanna cookie....
So, I gotta be good:

L - leftover tofurkey sausage w/ peppers & onions
D - more leftovers!
S- ??? not tolerating my SF treats well either. So, probably fruit.

Hope you feel better, Nik!! Today I'm doing my usual and tracking on myfitnesspal. I highly recommend tracking for anyone who is struggling. I think in general we eat wayyyyyyy more than we think we do unless we track. Even 3.75 years out it keeps me on track and keeps the dreaded "bounceback" at bay. I'm determined to stay thin.
